Mr. William Messick has been a member of the Delaware Budokan since 1996 where he holds a Kyoshi Menkyo(8th Dan) in Kenjutsu and also trains in Karate, Aikijutsu and Kyudo.
Dr. Walter Orth has been training under Scudieri Sensei since 1985. Master Orth holds a Kyoshi Menkyo (8th dan) ranking in Kenjutsu and a Shodan Black Belt in Karate. Orth sensei also trains in Aikijutsu and Kyudo.

Grand Master Celinda Ellsworth holds a Kyoshi Menkyo (8th Dan) in Kenjutsu and Karate. She holds a Kyosei Menkyo in Kenjutsu from the Itto Tenshin Ryu, a Black Belt in Tae Kwon Do and 16 years in the Miyako Kyudojo and with Kanjuro Shabata the XX.
Ellsworth sensei is a senior member of Edo Machikata Taiho Jutsu and holds a Menkyo and the title of Yoriki. She has taught seminars in Europe and the U.S. represented the U.S. A. at the All Japan Grand Nationals in 2011 and 2020. Grand Master Ellsworth is an Internationally acclaimed instructor and educator with thirty eight years of experience in training, teaching and competition. Ms. Ellsworth teaches Karate, Kenjutsu, Tai Chi and is an expert in woman's defense and martial arts for children.
Hanshi Philip M. Scudieri brings 48 years of knowledge and experience to the dojo. Hanshi is Beikoku Shibucho or: Chief Representative for the U.S. and Director of Kobu-jutsu/do for the All Japan Budo Federation and Nippon Seibukan Academy. Hanshi holds two 8th dan Menkyo from them; One in Japanese Kenjutsu and one in Japanese Kobu-do/weaponry.
Hanshi has published articles on Japanese swordsmanship, appeared in several magazines, was featured in 2 books and recently published 2 novels. He also supplied bodyguard and security services

Mr. Mark Dungan has been training at the Delaware Budokan since 1999 and holds a Renshi Menkyo in Kenjutsu and a Doshin Menkyo in Edo Machikata Taiho Jutsu.
Mr Dungan is an American Indian related to the Lenni-Lenape Nation and works to protect its culture. He is also an associate member of the Nanticoke Indian Association.
